The Clever Rabbit
A tale about a clever rabbit who outsmarts a hungry tiger.

Story Text
In a dense jungle, there lived many animals. Among them was a clever rabbit who was known for his quick thinking.
One day, a fierce tiger entered the jungle and began hunting the animals. The animals were terrified and didn't know what to do.
They held a meeting and decided that one animal would offer itself as food to the tiger each day, to prevent the tiger from hunting all of them. The animals would take turns according to a lottery.
One day, it was the rabbit's turn. But the clever rabbit had a plan. He arrived late to meet the tiger, who was very angry and hungry.
"Why are you late?" roared the tiger.
The rabbit apologized and said, "I was on my way here when another tiger stopped me and claimed that he was the king of the jungle, not you."
The tiger was furious and demanded to see this other tiger. The rabbit led the tiger to a deep well and pointed inside.
"He's in there," said the rabbit.
The tiger looked into the well and saw his own reflection in the water. Thinking it was another tiger, he roared in anger. The reflection seemed to roar back.
Convinced that there was indeed another tiger challenging him, the tiger jumped into the well to fight his rival, and was never seen again.
The clever rabbit had saved all the animals in the jungle with his quick thinking.
